This form must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM (noon) two days before your Advance Dining Reservation window opens. This allows your Travel Advisor to begin booking promptly when reservations become available at 5:00 AM CST.

Your Travel Advisor will make every effort to secure the dining reservations and experiences you request; however, all reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking and cannot be guaranteed.
